As part of KBI’s D&O team, Dawn brings with her over two decades of experience within the legal and capital markets industry in both Australia and South Africa. She has had past roles as a senior ASX listing advisor, company secretary, lawyer and corporate manager. This experience gives Dawn a robust understanding of the challenges impacting Public Companies, including: corporate governance, transactions and risk exposures.
Her focus area at KBI is on Directors and Officers Insurance for Public Companies listing on several exchanges, including the management of their wider insurance programmes. Her knowledge of the ASX and capital markets positions her and KBI in a unique position as we continue to add value to our clients in the Directors & Officers Insurance space.
