Caitlin has over 5 years+ of experience within the insurance industry, starting her insurance career in 2017 at a local underwriting agency where she was underwriting marine-related risks. More recently Caitlin worked at a local brokerage as a Client Relationship Manager, focusing on all general insurance risks, including retail, SME, and marine-related risks.

At KBI, Caitlin focuses on the management of our mining and complex client portfolio, drawing on her vast knowledge and experience building and managing complex insurance programs.
