This competition is organized by KBI Pty Ltd (the “Organizer”), located at Level 18, 140 St. Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
To be eligible to enter this competition, you must be a registered attendee of the TRS Human Insights Conference 2023, held from August 3021 to August 31, 2023. You must also be at least 18 years old and a resident of Australia. Employees, agents, and affiliates of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this competition.
The competition starts on August 30, 2023, at 9:00 AM EST and ends on August 31, 2023, at 8:00 PM EST. To enter this competition, you must complete and submit this online entry form. You may only enter once per person. Multiple or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
The prize for this competition is one Bose QuietComfort 45 Noise Cancelling Smart Headphones, valued at $499 AUD (as of 1 Aug 23). The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of similar value in case of unavailability.
The winner will be randomly selected via a random select tool from all valid entries received by the Organizer. The selection will take place on September 7, 2023, at 12:00 PM AWST at the Organizer’s office. The decision of the Organizer is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Organizer reserves the right to change the date of the selection without prior notification.
The winner may be announced on the Organizer’s website and social media channels. The winner will also be notified by email or phone using the contact details provided in the entry form. The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of notification by replying to the email or phone call. If the winner fails to claim the prize within this period, or if the winner is ineligible or unable to accept the prize for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
The prize will be delivered to the winner’s address within Australia by courier service within 28 days of claiming the prize. The Organizer is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses during transit. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, or charges associated with the prize.
By entering this competition, you consent to the Organizer collecting, using, and disclosing your personal information for the purposes of administering this competition and contacting you if you are the winner. You also consent to the Organizer publishing your name and state/territory of residence on its website and social media channels if you are the winner. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications from the Organizer at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting the Organizer directly.
By entering this competition, you release and indemnify the Organizer and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or in connection with your participation in this competition or your acceptance or use of the prize.
This competition is governed by the laws of Western Australia and Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and Australia in case of any dispute arising from or relating to this competition.
